Outstanding job and service! Got the unit with same 10 year parts and bonus 2 year labor for thousands less than the big guys. I got 5 quotes so not just comparing to one company. Job was started at 8:30 and all cleaned up by 4:30. He even laid tarps through the house as he was in/out from my garden area many times with mulch and dirt from there. Highly recommend!
I had such a wonderful experience with Royal Serve! They installed my ductless mini-split system quickly and did a fantastic job. Vadim was super polite and really kind throughout the process. I can't recommend him enough to anyone who needs these services—he's the best!
Vadim did an EXCELLENT job on all fronts. He was professional, on time, and a WAY better price than the bigger competitors in Rochester. We had no heat and my kids were definitely complaining. He fixed it right up and gave it a cleaning (which you can see it needed badly). Highly recommended!
