Outstanding job and service! Got the unit with same 10 year parts and bonus 2 year labor for thousands less than the big guys. I got 5 quotes so not just comparing to one company. Job was started at 8:30 and all cleaned up by 4:30. He even laid tarps through the house as he was in/out from my garden area many times with mulch and dirt from there. Highly recommend!

Royal Serve quickly diagnosed and replaced our failed condenser coil, which had no refrigerant. Vadim recharged and tested the system, and now everything works perfectly.
