I knew I hired the right guy when he pulled in and opened his truck and I saw the most organized and complete work truck ever. Vadim is organized, planned, super professional, cordial, timely, communicative, knowledgeable and kind!! When he left it was as though he had never been there except my house was cool and the unit was working efficiently!! Even my mulch was in place! Vadim was great and I am so glad I found his company Royal Service. It is indeed royal service. He showed me, along the way, exactly what he was doing and his process for cleaning the parts of my ever-run hot water heater. It definitely needed cleaning. Very nice guy who knows what he is doing. His price was very fair and reasonable. I am going to contract with him for future maintenace.
Vadim did an EXCELLENT job on all fronts. He was professional, on time, and a WAY better price than the bigger competitors in Rochester. We had no heat and my kids were definitely complaining. He fixed it right up and gave it a cleaning (which you can see it needed badly). Highly recommended!
