I needed basement window replacement. I contacted them and they installed it in 3 days. I recommend them 100%. Thanks to Ken for all his help!
STAY AWAY from these guys because it is a terrible company that sells substandard products. The windows leaked and caused a lot of damage in my house. I am now replacing the windows one by one from a reputable company. The windows are substandard and they will disappear after they get your money.
What a joke. The review with 5 stars is from the guy who owns the company. Royal Seal are awful substandard windows. The vinyl is cheap, will crack and all the mechanical parts will break. Check out the Rip Off report on line for Royal Seal Windows. Stay away from Royal Seal Windows.
