I had a horrible experience here. Went in for color, highlights and cut. Showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted. The color, instead of dark brown with platinum highlights, came out orange with yellow highlights. I almost cried when I saw it. She was going to have me come back later in the week to fix it but I told her I wasn’t going to work looking like a traffic light and I insisted she fix it right then and there.
