This place may seem organized and easy to understand, but my experience here has been very negative. My family and I moved into this apartment a few years ago, and we faced serious racism. The tenants living below us constantly called the police, falsely claiming we were making noise — often in the middle of the night, around 3 AM — just to try to get us evicted. My family has lived in this building for many years, and it’s been nothing short of amazing! I’m also a returning tenant, and now considering moving back because it’s just such a great place to live. The management is fantastic. Mark, Emanuel and Irina do an incredible job keeping everything clean, well-run, and comfortable. I’ve never had any real issues in any of the units I’ve lived in, and the rare time something small needed fixing, it was handled super quickly. I moved in a few years back and have to say that I have had a great experience so far. My family has also lived here for many years and it's always been an area I enjoy being in. The upgraded unit also makes it feel more like a condominium. Aside from that, the people who work for the Building such as Mark, Emmanuel and Irina have always been kind to me and I always felt comfortable speaking with them.
