Replacing a leaky roof and dealing with one's insurance company can be daunting, to say the least! Ronan, RoyCo's representative, guided me through the whole ordeal. From his thorough inspection of the roof and attic and his communications with the adjuster, I felt confident that the whole process would go smoothly. And, it did! Had a house that, when you looked at it, seemed to be all wood shingles. Beautiful, but starting to fail.
