Our experience with Royco Roofing was extremely frustrating, primarily because of their lack of communication and follow-through. During the roofing project, items were damaged while the old roof was being removed and the new roof was installed. We also experienced issues during the gutter replacement. Ben was our primary point of contact, but getting updates or responses was consistently difficult. We were referred to Royco by our insurance agent. From the first meeting, Ronan, was polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. There was never a high pressure feeling when describing the repairs and cost involved in our project. Even though we had a few problems arise, he was always prompt in solving them and making sure we were satisfied. He is a young man who is definitely an asset to this company. Thank you!
