I made one call and these guys made it super easy. Professional all the way. I had a gapped hole at the pitch of my roof due to a windstorm. And Tim secured everything into place and checked out the rest of the roof…just to be sure. Prompt. Worth every penny. Excellent customer service. Keeping their number!
I’m a little late in writing this but better late than never: we woke up to a leaking ceiling in one of our bathrooms three weeks ago and after doing some researching decided to use Royal Roofing. They immediately answered my wife’s phone calls and that same day one of their techs, John came by the house to assess the situation. Absolutely the best!! Came out to inspect the next day. Had leaking roof vent. Explained the problem and fixed it and replaced two others with metal vents replacing plastic ones. So satisfied! Other businesses should take a lesson on how to do business! Thank you Reuben, Michael and John.
