Royal Roofing was an answer to me and my wife’s prayers. We had our house built brand new and Royal Roofing did the roof. We had a leak in one of the rooms and they came out for the one year warranty to fix it but over time we realized it wasn’t fixed. Another roofing company came to give us a quote and they pointed out that Royal Roofing never installed the ice and water shield on our roof. Which is required by code. I’m not big on writing reviews but Royal Roofing has gone above and beyond and they deserve a 5 star review. Two small leaks developed in our roof a few months ago and we called a different company to come fix it. Three tries later, the other company was still unable to locate or fix the leak. We then called Royal Roofing (who we should have called from the start). The education about my situation on 2 roofs has been outstanding, and it is great to have an advocate representing my best interests. The pricing, insurance representation and financing the big chunk left for me by the insurance at one house was all better than any other company I met with.
