Mike was our dedicated PM and managed our flat roof replacement on the Upper East Side from start to finish. They brought a crane to help bring up the materials and take down the debris to help protect the inside of our building. They installed a new modified bitumen rubber membrane with a 20-year warranty and the work was clean. Best price we found after shopping around. Great communication throughout the whole project. Got a detailed itemized quote and the price came in lower than everyone else i contacted in the manhattan area. They kept it simple and professional, scheduled us the very next day, and a crew of 12 knocked out all the repairs before the rain hit. Project was completed in 2017 and we haven’t leaked since.
