The crew was respectful, clean, and finished everything in the timeframe they promised. No complaints and very pleased with the results.
One thing that was a standout beyond the work itself was that they didn't hit us with surprise costs once the project started. Jordan found a few damaged boards beneath the roof, took photos and explained all our options before doing anything without being pushy. Everything that followed was nothing short of impressive. We have a rear terrace roof on a walk-up and access was a nightmare — most contractors took one look and noped out or wanted to drag everything through our living room. Didn’t seem like an issue for Jordan and his crew though! They lifted the planters and furniture off, and moved all the material to the back roof without ever coming inside. Done in three days. Replaced the membrane, redid the drains, waterproofed everything around the door threshold. First spring in years I'm not watching the ceiling during a downpour.
