Royal (Dino specifically) has handled multiple properties for us and gotten full approval for claims for damage from storms. The level of representation and work has always been above and beyond. We use them for all our roofing and siding component needs even when storm restoration isn’t in the mix. Great company!

They identified hail damage that I hadn’t even noticed, and thanks to their thorough inspection and guidance, the entire project was covered by insurance. A god send! They inspected my hail damaged roof (i thought it was) and got it fully approved after 2 denials through Allstate. Super professional and installed a great looking new roof. I referred them to both my neighbors!

I would not use this company. They did a roof repair for me and left the trash at the end of my driveway. I have called, texted and emailed many times and had zero response from them. I can’t take the trash to my transfer station as it is construction debris. Terrible to be treated like this when we are good customers who paid our bill right away.

Had expected follow-up after I made verbal commitment for them to work with my insurance, but suddenly they were non-commutative, voice mail boxes were FULL and no response to my text messages. I will be investigating other sources for my roofing repair work!
