Great service and workmanship
Very happy with the customer service provided. Some of our shingles had fallen off after 10 years. I reached out to them to repair our roof and they honoured the 10-year warranty though we were a few months over. They went the extra mile to do roof maintenance and reapply silicone caulking. Really appreciate their quality service!!
I hired Royal Roofing to repair an existing gable roof that they did not originally install. After they added more shingles and added new flashing, the gable roof unfortunately continued to leak. I asked them to come back and fix it but they are ignoring me so I posted this review. Refer to the picture to see the condition of the roof 6 months after Royal Roofing finished work. Nick and team completed a brand new roof construction project for me 4 years ago. I had an issue with the roof vent of the dryer exhaust, they came right away looked at and fixed the issue. Main issue was the vent was blocked on the roof. Great people great work and great follow up. Thank you
