I took my kitten to Royal Road Veterinary Hospital under their Kitten Plan, which is very expensive (over $460). During one of our visits, the veterinarian mistakenly gave two doses of the same vaccine instead of the two different vaccines my kitten was supposed to receive. This is not a minor error — it’s a serious mistake that should never happen in a veterinary setting.
