I took my kitten to Royal Road Veterinary Hospital under their Kitten Plan, which is very expensive (over $460). During one of our visits, the veterinarian mistakenly gave two doses of the same vaccine instead of the two different vaccines my kitten was supposed to receive. This is not a minor error — it’s a serious mistake that should never happen in a veterinary setting. Dr. Sue MacArthur is amazing. She actually cares about the animals she treats and My dog loves her. All staff are professional and kind.
My husband and I love taking our fur babies here and only trust this place to take our fur babies. The best vet in the city of Fredericton hands down, not only are they always accommodating and friendly but they always put yours and your animals best interest at heart and make sure your pet is very well taken care of. I would recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone looking for a safe, clean and friendly environment for their animals! Royal Road Vet is the best!
