All our furry children have various dietary needs and are on specific foods...the team at Royal Road always accommodates out orders/needs....medical team have helped and saved our fur kids and we are very grateful...Katie is a gem, she is very Personable and takes the time to inquire about all our pets, thank you for your caring nature.
I would Never recommend this place
Every time is a disappointment here. Are they recording everyone or just me?!? Where to begin... How about the fact they are recording conversations without consent. Then charging $1300 for blood work, X-rays & pills all while they tell you nothing is wrong, maybe a sprain. Or the time I called to get quick appointment and was told they have vets/slots available in next hour but will cost $300 for consultation because it's a rush. Yeah but you just said you have open slots so why should I pay extra to fill a void you already... read more
They were absolutely awesome, to us and our 4 month old Chisholm who is very hyper but they had no problems finding ways to keep him orderly for his exam. Thanks folks we will definitely be back with spencer that's for sure.
