My husband and I come here at least once a week, and ever since it was bought out, it has gone to crap. Things stay broken for weeks or not ever fixed, and every time it’s something new. The dryers would be nice if they worked, but I’ve only been able to use it a handful of times because they’re all broken. We miss Whitley’s.
This location has gone downhill since new ownership and I will likely not return. For the second time in a month, I've tried different vacuums and the first time it did not work whatsoever. I tried to stop the machine/timer and there is no stop button. So I called a service number but got directed to their website where you chat with an automated bot which told me to press the green button to stop it... Good place to wash your vehicle!
BEWARE!!! POSSIBLE SCAM!!!!! I stopped here 5/11/2026 to spray my vehicle off and just clean it up a little. It took forever to get any water pressure even after the timer started but that's not even the real issue. As I'm spraying my car off I notice a screw on the ground in the wash bay. I picked it up and moved it aside then saw another, then another, and another. Screws, nails, bolts all just laying in wait to ruin someone's tires.
