Ever since this place went from Whitley's to Royal Rinse it has gone downhill. Constantly overflowing trash cans, parking lot full of trash, half the machines don't work, vacuum's have no power. Absolute garbage. Update 3/12/26 Decided to give it another shot as I was close by. What a mistake that was. Not only was the wash soap out or not working but the boys were littered with nails and screws waiting to cause someone a flat tire.
The last two times I have been there, one vacuum the end of the hose was torn off. The second time the vacuum didn't have much suction at all. Was here about two months ago and the stall I used the brush was out of soap. I'm not sure what's going on there but it sertainly isn't what it used to be.
