I have worked in the building for over 13 years and it is a quality building with top tenants that is maintained well. Very few buildings keep to the high standards of this property.

The manager showed me a space and I signed a lease all within 3 weeks. The boy named Matthew who wrote a negative review also looked at the space I rented. He is 19 or 20 years old and showed up to look at the space with his parent, looked like he has never been in business so I don't blame the manager for renting to someone like myself who has a reputable business and can pay the rent.

My experience with Royal Reality was very unprofessional. I called about a space listed on loop net on 1/4 to which I received no answer. I left a voicemail and did not receive a call back. After a week, I called again and was able to to tour the space. The person who showed the space did not know ANY of the specifics INCLUDING THE RENT! I was told I would receive a call back from the appropriate person who would be able to answer the BASIC questions I had. I waited 4 days and did not get any call back.
