Terrible Experience – Avoid This Service! I used their service from 2019 to 2022 to rent out my property under the agreement that regular inspections would be conducted. Before the tenant moved out, a representative inspected the property and assured me it was in good condition with no issues. However, when the tenant left, the property was completely trashed. If I could give it no stars I would. The fees are very high but when you need them they can never get back to you. I've been experiencing a water pressure issue for months now, I've called and emailed many times and have yet to receive a response.
Very helpful when my daughter needed a place to rent.
I’ve now left two voicemails over the past several days and have yet to hear back from anyone regarding our property that they manage. Customer service is very sub par.
