Followed the rules, paid ahead of time for years. Kept the property up perfectly for years. Was complemented by them for years on how great I was. Never missed or was late on a payment. Still got hosed with fees and collections sent after me on the way out. We left "early" but the lease had been up for months and we were on a month to month deal. ** This is an update for the review below regarding the management co I currently rent from. As of March 2026 my heating system has been replaced with the mini split system. I'm very happy with the replacement. I only wish it hadn't taken as long as it did.. I continue to rent from Royal Property management and have for almost 4 years. Previously I wrote a very nice 4out of 5 star review however I have had no choice but to delete said review due to the lack of care for the tenant and the home I have been renting 2 years. I have had "No Heat" since before Oct 20th 2025!!! I contacted Management and they were told that the heater is Inoperable Needs Replacement however we are now in January and I still have no heater!!! They finally sent Peace HVAC to get an estimate and their response is " the owner wants a different estimate" Today is 7 days later, Jan 28 ... read more
