Royal Pools is a scam for rick to cheat honest people out of their money. I excavated 2 pools for Rick and at the end of the second one he wouldn't pay me for my last 2 invoices tried to contact him via text, phone and Email and no response. He was late on almost all payments and bounced 3 checks which later he paid (because of paper trail) He operates on no capital. HOME OWNERS BEWARE!!!!!!! you can get stuck for Ricks debts to subcontractors
Rick Silva is a swindler and a thief! Do not do any business with this man! Contracted with Royal Pools in August of 2015 and as of April 2016 I am having to come out of pocket to finish the pool on my own.
