Once you get a better look it is a nice place to live Here's the deal on these Apartments coming from someone that lives here. Our maintenance team is a new one. So things are starting to turn around again. I saw that one person wrote in a review that the apartments need to be pressure washed, well they are now. This is done yearly. The exposed wood would be fixed if some of the residences here would take a liking to nice things. Also if they would stop breaking things then there would be nicer things such as flowers for cur... read more
Could be Improved Upon I visited this Apartment Complex and found that the apartments themselves are very nice, but the maintenance on the outside could be improved. The stairwells need to be pressure washed badly and I found several uncapped areas on the landings that had never been covered and had exposed wood. New sod needs to be planted in some areas and I would suggest planting a few flowers around to enhance the area. No walking on the grass signs should be posted to allow the grass to grow. Of all the places I have lived this place has the thinest walls This has to be the best quality low income family housing you can get in the local area; however the others that live there have a hard time maintain its quality. At first this used to be a nice place to stay, but as time went on mile high speed bumps where installed to stop unruly speeders, and the pool went from a nice place to spend time to a place for disobedient children to spend time.
