Recently moved into an apartment at Royal Poinciana place and we love the apartment the management is very nice and take care of your needs however, we are finding that being a white family at this location we are dealing with a lot of racists comments and harassment from the children/teens in the complex. We enjoy sitting out on the balcony which faces the basket ball court but have to deal with the racism. Other than that its a great place to live.
