If you want a job done properly and with courtesy, then request Conner and his teammates. This is my second deviation and I requested Royal Plus. I have 4 rooms of hardwood floors and carpeting. Once completed I’ll provide before and after pictures.
Conner and his crew did a great job under difficult circumstances. He kept me informed about everything and made sure that the water issue was completely addressed before he finished. At the conclusion of the work, furniture was back in place and the areas were cleaned up.
Worst mistake I made calling this company. They made the problem worst and charged a fortune in fact I called another company and they were half the cost and fixed this company’s mistakes.
