They represent everything people hate about contractors. Royal Plus Baltimore took care of water clean up, and demolition - no problems whatsoever. Royal Plus Wilmington "renovation" was dysfunctional mismanaged nightmare. Shower pours water into the bathroom, towel rack simply gone, disgusting globs of caulk everywhere, everything half-assed incomplete. Non-stop drama, short-cuts, and excuse making from contractors. If you want a job done properly and with courtesy, then request Conner and his teammates. This is my second deviation and I requested Royal Plus. I have 4 rooms of hardwood floors and carpeting. Once completed I’ll provide before and after pictures.
Conner and his crew did a great job under difficult circumstances. He kept me informed about everything and made sure that the water issue was completely addressed before he finished. At the conclusion of the work, furniture was back in place and the areas were cleaned up.
Worst mistake I made calling this company. They made the problem worst and charged a fortune in fact I called another company and they were half the cost and fixed this company’s mistakes.
