They represent everything people hate about contractors. Royal Plus Baltimore took care of water clean up, and demolition - no problems whatsoever. Royal Plus Wilmington "renovation" was dysfunctional mismanaged nightmare. Shower pours water into the bathroom, towel rack simply gone, disgusting globs of caulk everywhere, everything half-assed incomplete. Non-stop drama, short-cuts, and excuse making from contractors.
