Royal repaired my neighbors leak and dug into our yard to reach the leak. Asked to use our electricity to run their jackhammer and water vacuum. Didn't thank us. Piled the mud, rocks on our property (most on a tarp). Would never use them.
Royal Plumbing has helped me twice in the last two months. They have shown up to repair the problem within minutes of my call. The first time was on a Sunday (try to get anyone else to show up on a Sunday). The second time was to replace a pressure reducing valve. The temperature was in the 30s and they had to dig in the mud shoveling with a trowel by hand to get to the valve. The project took Kenji and Reng about an hour and a half to complete the job. They were animals, I've never seen anyone work that fast.
Isaac is the gold star in service professionalism. After another company attempted to rip me off for a weekend emergency service (running a cutter through my line) for which they quoted me $465 for, took them an hour to show up for and another hour to complete, only to try to sell me a hydro-jetting or $4800 line replacement. I called Royal. Isaac answered and said, "I can be there 20". He showed up in 5 minutes and had my line free of roots in under 15.
