Jake and Taylor sold me on a furnace /ac replacement after discovering a crack in my 11 year old Coleman furnace. James and Arturo did great work THE VERY NEXT DAY! Talk about a quick install, wow. They were friendly, honest efficient and NICE. Good for you to have good guys on your staff.

When our furnace was acting up, it was great to be able to call Royal and have a technician come right out same day even to WY, but to our sadness we found out that it was much more than just a little thermostat issue. We were grateful they took time to help us with all the issues going on and got us a bundle with a great price. Then we were so grateful to be put into the service queue for the next day so that we could have a furnace again and hot water before the snowstorm, but that wasn’t even the best part!! My experience with Royal Plumbing Heating and Air has not been a good one. My furnace went out over a weekend, so I had a technician come out on Sunday. After looking at it, he determined it was a wiring problem caused by three chafed wires in the wiring harness, damaged by the cooling fan spindle inside the unit. He told me he needed to order a replacement wiring harness. I agreed and asked them to schedule the repair once the part arrived.
