Had a major repair that needed to be done on my house, and I could not have been happier with the service provided. Communication was solid, and the folks who came by were incredibly efficient and knowledgeable. I never felt patronized or that I was being taken advantage of. Pricing was extremely fair, and everything was handled very smoothly. I highly recommend Royal Plumbing and they are the folks I will be going to for my upcoming plumbing needs.

I had break in my sewer line from the house to the outside sidewalk, and Royal Plumbing did an excellent job and repairing the line They kept me informed through the whole process of what they were doing, and answered all my questions. The price was reasonable, and there were no hidden surprises. They watched and protected my property surrounding the excavation. They made this difficult repair a positive experience.

Called, the receptionist said she would give my info to the plumber out on service and he’d call on his way. After a few hours of not hearing anything, I called back and asked for an updated time. The receptionist transferred me to someone who knew what they were talking about and she tells me they have nothing open until Tuesday. Would have been nice to know, after hours of waiting. Really disappointed, had heard good things about this place but they need to work on communication.
