Came out repaired waterline cut a hole in my closet door never came back and fixed the hole in the closet never will use them again

Royal Plumbing isn’t just about plumbing, they are the greatest plumbing business on this side of the Mississippi. 8:30 on a Friday and they came over and fixed my 40 gallon water heater. Kobe the employee was nothing but great help.
I called Royal Plumbing at 8 am. They had an opening and were there at 10 am. They replaced the pressure relief valve on my hot water heater that was leaking. They also replaced the seal and flapper on a Kohler toilet. This required going to Menards to buy a new seal. Even with the shopping for parts, they were finished at 11:30 am. All for $200!!
