I’ve lived at Royal Pines for 8 years. I’ve seen the highs and lows of the old management company and the ambitions of the new company (Red Tail Residential) running this place. They have put a lot of work into making the grounds look vibrant and new, but we are not getting the TLC as residents that we need at the moment. It's been a while so it's nice to be able to see traversing the staircase, especially when you are handicapped.

I gave it a 3 because it happened Friday night and I called the emergency maintenance number and no one showed up until Monday. Which inconvenient yes would if been fine if someone could of communicated that information with me. Mary Rogers.
