The renewal process is so easy here. All online and 2-3 months in advance. We are so happy here.
I’ve lived at Royal Pines for 8 years. I’ve seen the highs and lows of the old management company and the ambitions of the new company (Red Tail Residential) running this place. They have put a lot of work into making the grounds look vibrant and new, but we are not getting the TLC as residents that we need at the moment. Rent increases are rather steep given the age and quality of the interiors of apartments here.
