At drop off I indicated that Gizmo had allergies and did not want perfume containing products. Additionally, I indicated I wanted a fuller beard. He was not matted so I'm not sure why it was cut so short. Service was quick, staff was nice, but I don't feel like I was listened to. I also noticed one of his nails was bloody when we got home.
I have gone to Royal Pets for several years. I wouldnt want to go anywhere else. My pups are always excited yo see them, that way I know they treat them well. A little on the costly side, but worth the pay for the service they get.
