We always have a 5-star experience at Royal Pets! Our doodle, Winston, sees Mrs. Kelsey for his grooming, and he absolutely loves her! She always takes such great care of him, and we know he’s in the best hands every time we bring him in. We highly recommend Royal Pets! 🐶💙✨

At drop off I indicated that Gizmo had allergies and did not want perfume containing products. Additionally, I indicated I wanted a fuller beard. He was not matted so I'm not sure why it was cut so short. Service was quick, staff was nice, but I don't feel like I was listened to. I also noticed one of his nails was bloody when we got home.
