RecommendedGreat community and even better customer service. Our office had a bug issue. We called Royal and they came out the same day. Walked through the building with us and fixed the issue along with giving us pointers on way to keep the outside bugs outside while securing the building with a pest barrier. I highly recommend this team for all of your pest needs!
This company blatantly ignores "Do Not Solicit" signs. They walk around neighborhoods and leave their flyers all over. They have been asked multiple times not to solicit in our neighborhood and they continue to do so.

Our policy is to not solicit in a neighborhood unless we have a customer in that neighborhood or on that street, then we reach out to their neighbors in case they want to also have services on the same schedule. We have spoken with our sales inspectors in regards to this and have let them know this is unacceptable in a "do not solicit" neighborhood. Did you know Royal Pest Services, Inc services irrigation systems too? They did mine yesterday! Everything works great now and I was truly surprised at how reasonable the price was!! The technician Jerry was nice and knowledgeable and very thorough. I am now going to look into their other services! Thanks Royal!!

I am a huge fan of this wonderful and highly responsive and knowledgeable pest control company. They are completely customer focused and do their due diligence in regards to what they put down at your house or business. In my case, I have a home and a commercial building that houses shelter dogs and boarding and day care dog clients... I have NO FLEAS.. The products they use are safe both inside and out..
