This is not emergency department its waiting department.. i have seen a better healthcare facilities 10 times poor countries than Australia.. Very disappointing..

Took about 3 hours to get seen.and sorted but everyone was nice and helped were they could. It's a emerging department you get seen on need not when you arrived.so many people with minor issues wanting to be treated like royalty.

High calibre patient care I had to go to hospital as I fell ill while travelling interstate. At every point throughout I received exceptional professionalism and care: purple volunteer lady and the nurse at the triage window.Thank you

My partner came into RPH through emergency and the care could not have been better. In the triage area, the guy volunteering (purple shirt) was very helpful. And the consultants that came out to talk to patients in the waiting room were calm, considerate, and professional. Behind the doors, the staff were exemplary in word and deeds. We had great confidence in their skills and expertise under stressful conditions. Thank God (or whoever) for the ED medical staff at RPH.
