You wont get mental health help even if you a mum with an 11 month old baby who's got suicidality. I didn't have a nurse for over 10 hours and you hav to be completely yelling and screaming to get help. Which I did not do. In addition no follow up has been made regarding my ankle which was caused by DV last year. If hurts everyday and j can't walk far Psychiatry team do more to help non acute patients or accurately refer them on.

Very bad experience at the cardiology department today. Nurses won’t allow a 83 years old man to sit down peacefully while his son was finding out where he supposed to go. The nurse and nurse unit manager made us sound like we were waste of space there. Not professional at all to argue with family in an open space. The nurse unit manager even threaten me that she would call security whilst I should remain silent and let her abuse me.
