My partner was at the hospital for five days and keep waiting for his procedure on his foot because he is diabetic. I always hear we need to to prepare him ( to shower, fasting, medications not on time (leniency 30mins to 1hr as directed) today but comes back later, no, it might be tomorrow. Super busy hospital so unless you’re in life threatening condition head to a different hospital. Very very dirty ED, blood stains on the floor, dirty tissues laying around on waiting seats, i waited in ED from 4pm by the time i got seen to and admitted to a ward it was already 11:20pm, I had a terrible sleep felt very neglected. The ward shared a communal toilet and had dirty bed pans laying around and poop still left on toilet seats and commodes. My husband got injured at work and needed a few stitches. It was a relatively simple case, yet we had to wait over 12 hours to be seen. The lack of timely medical care is honestly unacceptable. While we understand that emergencies vary in priority, this level of delay for a straightforward injury is really concerning!

spent a few days here due to car accident, and all the nurses were beyond helpful especially my night shift nurse Elise in the A ward in the emergency department she was so attentive and good with me I appreciated it so much 🙏
