Best Mattress Ever! I have slept on Royal-Pedic mattresses for years. My back is ONLY compromised when I travel, because I do not have my Royal-Pedic. The craftsmanship matters. My doctor recommended surgery for what he described was arthritis in my back. After two days on my Royal-Pedic (all cotton basic), my back pain subsided. That was 10 years ago!

Very Pleased ! Just got married ! We got a perfect new home ! My wife and I decided we want a custom mattress that will make the our bedroom perfect ! So we got to Royal Pedic Mattress Manufacturing , got the design we wanted and was delivered to us just in time when we got back from our honeymoon ! and I am very pleased ! No wonder why alot of important people go to them for mattresses !
