My fiance and I visited the Aurora, IN location today and were amazed by your employees. Not only are they knowledgeable, but they are downright awesome to talk too! It's been a long time since I felt at home in a store I've never even been into before! We will definitely be coming back!!!

Great customers service. I never knew that a pawn shop would carry so many items and have the best prices in town and they also have a $1.00 DVD day on Saturdays
I have gotten some good deals in this store and I like the reps in the store. However, I only gave 3 stars because I don't like hand guns being so readily available to buyers although I have not doubt that Royal Pawn follows the letter of the law when sellling them. I just don't like hand guns.
