I would like to share my thoughts about what I feel about royal park of Matthews since I've been here Sabrina, Tamika, Robin tawana, unit manager Kia and Shakira on second and princess and on second shift, all the ladies have made my stay of one. That's really been comfortable and enjoyable. I really appreciate all the hard work today that they do, and I'm so grateful for their graciousness and hard work. Thank you, team and keep up the good work.

Beyond amazing I haven’t seen such beautiful smiles in a while from patients and staff. From the beginning Mrs Luckey amazing, marvelous so friendly and caring!!!!!! DON lisa took the time to greet me and give me a tour!!!!! Major major shout to the housekeeping staff place smelled amazing!!!!!

I had a great experience at this facility. The staff were kind, caring, and professional, and they worked hard to make sure everyone was well taken care of. I really appreciate their teamwork, patience, and dedication. Thank you to everyone who works here for the care and support you provide!

I would caution anyone using this facility for a love one. My mother was here after her heart attack, she started in short term and was eventually moved to long term. This facility resources/staff are very different from short term care and long term care. The seem to care more on the short term side. There would be days my mom need to be change and it would be hours before they would come to change her on the long term side. If you need resources to help with funding they are not the place. The facility is always clean and very neat from the individual rooms, the gym, and the gathering rooms. The garbage is emptied several times a day and replaced with another bag so the trash can is alway kept clean. The personnel that are in charge of the cleaning take pride in what they do. They are also very friendly and will help when needed by the residents. I have enjoyed meeting the cleaning staff and appreciate the work they do.
