I came to get information about having my mother admitted, and the business department was incredible. Five stars. They helped me with every single question I had.
I had a great experience here. The environment was clean and welcoming, and you can tell the residents are truly cared for—they seemed happy and well taken care of. The Director of Nursing, Lisa, was especially kind, compassionate, and professional, which made a big difference. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality care for themselves or a loved one.
The receptionist is very pleasant and very helpful. The Building is very clean, residents are clean and look very well taken care. The Don Ms Lisa is very pleasant and thorough in explanation of information and the tour. What really blew me away is the constant smiles on the employees. Everyone that I met had a smile and seemed very happy to work here. Keep up the great attitudes and smiles.
