Do not rent with this complex. They practice bad business. A few of my friends rented there, and the rent was not copied down in the ledger, rather a person working there stole the rent. When that person was fired, the complex went after my friends for the money when they KNEW who actually took it. They also think they're going to charge me a $500 reletting fee when people moved in to my apartment 10 days after I left. I don't think 10 days is worth $500, especially when the rent is only $575. DO NOT RENT HERE.
