I recently moved in here and the experience and process was awesome. From the beginning to moving day Linnette was so patient and professional she answered all of my questions and made sure everything went smoothly.As for the community it is very quiet and clean, I feel safe and very happy I chose to live here.thank you Linnette and everyone operating Royal palms apartments.

The area is nice because everything is close to you, but not the people around you, much less the employees of the apartments, I lived in 2187 and there is a lack of control in the parking, there is not enough parking, in 2185 apt 413 he does his illicit businesses within the property, charging fees to park cars of other people who do not live on the property, monthly he is charging $ 100 dollars per vehicle, everything is known here, and they have privatized about 20 parking spaces. Everytime you people start with this is what I'm doing. Multiple maintenance requests either ignored or mark completed. I'm stuck here because deposits are too high at other places, but I'm going on a nightmarish 3 years of NO AIR CONDITIONING. They come out and fix it, works about a week then goes right back out. My ceiling has been collapsing for about 5 months, reported it. Marked completed. Still falling mind you. I've put in numerous requests to get my screen replaced for the master window because every window has to ha... read more
