Everytime you people start with this is what I'm doing. Multiple maintenance requests either ignored or mark completed. I'm stuck here because deposits are too high at other places, but I'm going on a nightmarish 3 years of NO AIR CONDITIONING. They come out and fix it, works about a week then goes right back out. My ceiling has been collapsing for about 5 months, reported it. Marked completed. Still falling mind you.
