English The office staff is either incredibly incompetent or severely undertrained. When I first met with the leasing agent to tour the apartment, I was not given complete or accurate information. For example, I was told the initial deposit was a refundable security deposit, when in reality it was a non-refundable holding fee to reserve the unit. I quite literally have no idea what the good reviews are about. It has been nothing but problems since before I moved in. On my move in day they switched my apartment that I’d be living in three times making it impossible to have electric turned on. I had to argue for nearly 3 hours to get into the apartment. Which contained a broken dishwasher and broken fridge. Which after a full week are both still not fixed.
