nothing against the complex but their website, if your planning on applying online with your tax id # one of the options provided in their website don't waste your money applying because apparently is no longer a option plus if your have a an id from another state you cant use it either even though they let me fill the form online with my California id. The lady that spoke to me said that Florida laws have change so that's the main reason. So update your website thanks.
I recently moved in here and the experience and process was awesome. From the beginning to moving day Linnette was so patient and professional she answered all of my questions and made sure everything went smoothly.As for the community it is very quiet and clean, I feel safe and very happy I chose to live here.thank you Linnette and everyone operating Royal palms apartments.
