Be careful with the apartment going out of building. They have spikes and messes up you tires. They don’t have signs about warning people. Gate door gets stuck and there’s no way out. It messed up to of my tires
This is an older building that has clearly been neglected for a long time. The entire place often smells like cigarette smoke, as many residents smoke in the hallways instead of designated areas. Basic facilities are unreliable at best—the elevator is frequently out of order, the pool is almost never operational, and the washer and dryer machines are constantly broken. Éste edificio fue muy bueno antes , ahora es de los peores. Pintan las paredes para cubrir el moho que tiene. Desde que el presidente de la asociación no vive en el edificio no hay control de los inquilinos. Vivi en ese edificio por 23 años. Es una decadencia terrible, piscina clausurada por mas de 10 años, es un adorno nada más. Que lástima 😕 las unidades son muy cómodas pero a falta de mantenimiento esta destruido. De que sirve que lo pinten si en su interior esta horrible desde pisos ,ascensores en constante rotos.
