Only leaving a review because Shianna in maintenance is awesome. She gets things fixed, keeps a great attitude, and makes maintenance requests feel less like a chore. 5 stars for Shianna—the community gets to share the credit, but we all know who the real MVP is.
I lived in the complex from November 2022 to June 2025. I had frequent pests and rats in my walls. I would complain multiple times and expressed I had an allergy to rats and that it aggravated my asthma. I had to frequently go to the hospital due to this. The pest control would come out and place traps and the rats continued to come back. I was told they couldn't address rats in certain walls because some people own the unit outright as private owners and they can't address those units.
