I have been without heat since December 17th it is now December 27th and I discussed with manager Beverly several times since the 17th to fix my heat. As of today alone I spoke with her twice and no one came to fix it and now it's the weekend so that means two more days without heat. I also spoke with Mike the main matence man here on the 19th of December about it and still nothing. this is illegal...
Love this place, would live here if I ever moved I'm glad my friends were able to find this place. Two pools. Love Tucson
I can't find a way to delete all this about Royal Palms. I haven't worked there for almost 4 years and I don't like seeing this post with the foul mouth people making comments. I don't want to be connected with Royal Palms now in any way. It was a great place when I managed; had a great staff.
