Have been an owner at Royal Palms Community now for exactly one year. We have been very happy here, even during the Coronavirus pandemic we have enjoyed living here very much. The neighbors and residents here are great. Anytime I had a problem with something and I needed to contact the office, Leah and Alice were great on responding right back to us, in a timely manner. Hope to be here for a very long time.
Stay clear. We have been here 3 years. Love our neighbors. The landscapers do an awesome job too. Alice, the GM is an angry, unhappy person. She hates her job and it shows. A 55+ community, yet she talks to the residents like we're teens. She wakes up miserable. We sure hope to be here longer than she is.
