The pool is just a tiny a pond which is laughable, plus the location is ordinary.

On arrival around 4.00, reception was closed, rang bell a lady came out and put a sign up saying we had to call this number. Had to then give a deposit over the phone, and she let us in our room remotely. The room was nice but not clean, (long black hair on floor). Something dried has ran down the wall. But I didn't realise that when booking the room, was told you had to state if you wanted a nice balcony with views that was shown when booking or patio with views of a 6ft timber fence about meter from your door. Si je pouvais, j'aurais mis 0. J'ai essayé de faire mon check in dans la nuit du 23 au 24 avril. J'ai appelé la réception puisque la barrière était fermée. UN ENFER ! La réceptionniste n'en avait absolument rien a faire. Je lui ai expliqué que j'avais une reservation, que j'avais payé en avance et que la réservation etait non remboursable. Sa seule réponse était qu'elle ne la trouvait pas dans son logiciel et qu'il était tard, qu'elle était fatiguée et ne voulait pas chercher une solution, ni même que je lui montre ma réserv... read more
