We have been in our apartment for 2 years now. Office staff always phenomenal and maintenance is always on top of it. Couldn't have chosen a better place to be. Thanks Royal Palm family xoxo
Living there is fine, the second you wanna leave they want to hit you with every fine possible to keep your deposit and try to charge you more for “paint” and anything else they can think of regardless of how immaculate you leave the apartment. Many apartments have roaches. Petty fines by the golf cart guard doesn’t help either. Would not reccomend. It’s basically living in an expensive ghetto.
Just moved in on the 15th. It is so nice and we’ve had the best experience with the office staff! They are so kind and always so responsive. Can’t wait to live here for maybe more than a year :)
