I have lived at Royal Palm Terrace Apartments in Bradenton for two years and the experience has been alarming from the start. Serious maintenance issues—plumbing leaks, electrical problems, black mold in the bathroom and window seals, and ongoing roach infestations—remain unresolved despite repeated written requests. We lived at Royal Palm Terrace for a year, and it was one of the worst living experiences we’ve ever had. From day one, we had a severe fruit fly infestation—not just a few, but armies getting into food, water, toothbrushes, and dog bowls. Miss Davina at the front desk blamed everything except the real cause: our plants, our dogs (claiming they had fleas, which they didn’t—and fleas don’t fly), or our sink (which was always clean).
