If I had to rate this experience it would make the top 10 most stressful experiences in my life. For my daughter it is easily number one outranking without question a trip to the ER for respiratory issues. We arrived 10 minutes early to a waiting room with 3 broken iPads. We were told to pay in advance. We were seen 25 minutes late. We were seen in the private room.
