I have been dealing with RPA, and defective Pgt Miter windows that were supposed to be under warranty. I was assured that it would be handled properly, they came they measured. 1/2024. I agreed to pay the $170 an hour labor rate and then Red, decided that wasn’t good enough. This was my third time using Royal Palm Aluminum. I have been very satisfied each time. The last time was to replace my wooden front door with a new glass one as well as a small octagonal window. There was a small glitch with the manufacturer and the company handled the situation perfectly. From my initial visit to select the door, to the installers who were quick, efficient and on time as well as staff at their sales center, they couldn’t have asked for better. I had a great experience with Royal Palm on window caulking leaks. Charley and Wayne did an excellent job. They found the leaks and corrected the problem. I highly recommend their service.
I had installed hurricane windows and doors by Royal Palm Aluminum across the house in South Florida a couple of years ago. Over the course of time I noticed a few imperfections appear in the installation. Red, in charge or service, was extremely polite and timely in fixing everything. I would recommend to use Royal Palm Aluminum for all your window and door needs.
