I have trying for weeks to get a quote on a new door for the kitchen to garage. I’ve asked and emailed someone named Logan, who won’t respond now. I called and asked for a different sales person, but he never contacted me, in spite of the receptionist telling me that the salesman would get back to me that same day. It’s been weeks now and I can’t get a call or email back. It would appear that this company refuses to do business with people who have an NYC cell number. RPF installed storm-resistant windows and slider doors on our 24 year old house. Service and workmanship was excellent! A few years later they replaced one leaking pane and a sash trim piece, and provided a missing closure guide, all under warranty. Rachel in the office was very helpful scheduling our repairs and Mark "Red" did a great job installing the repair parts. We are very pleased with the work and customer support from RPA!

We bought impact sliding glass doors from Royal Pam Aluminum 17 years ago when we built our house and a handle on a door broke off, I asked them about it they asked for pictures I sent them they made a recommendation that will work and paid online and picked it up. Everyone is so friendly there and the office is so inviting what a great responsible well established local company. I would highly recommend them completely !
