Royal palm aluminum is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. As A owner builder I brought my set of blueprints to them. Sat down with one of their sales reps for two hours he wrote down all of the measurements off of my blueprints. At the end of the two hours, I signed a contract to move forward with them and gave them a deposit. once the windows started arriving, the measurements were completely wrong. Replaced every window and door in my home and couldn’t be happier. Dan was extremely responsive and helpful in the purchasing phase, and Habdiel and his team of installers were remarkably professional, neat and courteous.
Unfortunately I thought my contrator would install ESW windows that I ordered from RPA rather than having RPA do it. After 2 months of asking them to finish the project I called RPA and scheduled an appointment. Charlie and Mark finished up in 2 hours what I had been waiting for since the end of November!! They were polite, professional and I give them the highest rating!! I wish I had hired them to begin with.
We recently had new sliding glass doors installed at our home. Because of a minor issue, Charlie and Wayne were assigned to correct the issue. We could not be more pleased. by the work that they did.The job is now perfect thanks to them.. The entire experience with RPA was wonderful. I whole heartedly recommend them..
