The service was disappointing. Staff seemed uninterested and unapproachable. We had to wait a long time to place our order, and no one checked in to see if we needed anything. Their indifferent attitude made the meal feel less enjoyable
We ordered Kulfi Faluda. As we read good reviews about it but it turned out opposite. The quality and quantity is not worth the price.
I am very disappointed with royal paan restaurant all locations. I noticed that they are involved in selling products like Kamini, which is not approved in Canada and can be harmful and addictive. Restaurants should focus on serving safe food and drinks, not unregulated or illegal products. This is unsafe for the community, and I would not recommend supporting a business that engages in such practices.
Worst experience ever! I ordered falooda and waited forever—delivery never on time. Tried calling, but nobody ever answers. When I went to the shop, the staff acted careless and irresponsible, as if customers don’t matter. If you want respect, punctuality, or good service, this isn’t the place.
