I placed a pickup order over the phone, and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The person taking the order had a rude and unprofessional tone, which immediately gave a bad impression. When I arrived in person, the customer service didn’t improve. The staff seemed uninterested, lacked basic communication, and didn’t know how to engage properly with customers. Overall, very poor service — definitely not a place I’d recommend based on this experience. Hire some good people. Would give zero stars if I could.
They expect the tip to be paid upfront. Not worth it as their food is average at best.
