""Felt unwelcome...."" I’ve been a regular at Royal Paan Oshawa. The food is okay — fairly average — but the shakes are definitely a highlight. One thing that’s always confusing: there are two seating areas, and the bar-side section often sits empty. Yet every time I ask to sit there with my family, I’m told it’s “closed,” no matter how busy it is.
