This used to be my favourite place. I just received my order for vegetable thali but the roti was missing and nobody answer the phone call . Even last couple of times my food was not good. Very disappointed.
Came here in the evening and ordered an item with a deal. We were asked dine-in or takeout, but after paying, the staff member rudely said the deal was only for takeout. When we asked if we could take it as takeout and eat inside, the answer was a straight no, with no courtesy or willingness to help. Very poor customer service.

I placed a pick-up order from Royal Paan for moong dal halwa and kadhai paneer. They informed me that my food would be ready in 30 minutes. I arrived there after 30 minutes to pick up my order, and then I headed home, which took less than 5 minutes by car.
