Today started out badly when my garage door would not open. I called Nick at Royal Garage Door’s and he was incredibly responsive. Everything is fixed now and working beautifully. Fast, friendly, fair! I love them.
There was some confusion with the billing, and they did have to return to remedy their original garage door repair, but once completed everything was figured out and the garage door works very well. Their technician, Steve, really knows what he is doing, and I will request him in the future if needed. We dealt directly with Luigi, the owner, who came by right away, offered some excellent suggestions, completed the quote, and ordered our doors. Everything arrived exactly when he said it would. Their installer even showed up early on the day of the installation, was extremely professional and courteous, and did an outstanding job. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. I highly recommend this company—they're organized, reliable, and run an excellent operation from start to finish.
