They are not professional at all, they never arrived on time. I waited a week for someone to come and they never answered the phone. It is not a gift, what was asked for? I found a much cheaper and faster door. I would never recommend this company, even though they do not answer the phone and when they do answer, they are too despotic.
The builder of my parents new house used Royal Overhead Doors for the garage doors. STAY AWAY from this terrible company. Their doors look cheap and are of very cheap quality. The door originally came with a crack on one of the panels and the other panels are all bubbling. After several months they finally replaced one of the panels that had the crack but the style of the new panel is different than the other panels. your team came out 2 times attempting to fix my garage door, claiming my sensors are misaligned before realizing the screws were not connected to the joint of the garage door, and then when they fixed it, it broke again the very next day. Their assessments are inaccurate and they seem to be lost when they visit, typically requiring guidance on what to repair. These guys work for a builder in woodstock they installed door is garbage house is 6 months old been repaired 2 times still no good never get anything from these guys material they use is garbage
