The Property Manager Rick White is a big flirt. If u deny him. He will do everything he can to make your stay at Royal Orleans a living HELL. I regret moving here. Oh his assistant Toni is just as bad. Do NOT move here. Please
I never usually do reviews for anything but I felt like I have to for future residents looking to rent with this apartment. The cons outweigh the pros. The outside landscape is clean, rent is cheap, you have hard wood floors, and mostly quiet elderly (but nosy) neighbors. I sacrificed a dishwasher and washer and dryer hookup because most don’t have them. This was a big mistake because the 2 laundry mats down the street have a lot of guys having out selling drugs out of them or you get homeless drunks asking you for money. Th... read more
These apartments and management is HORRIBLE, they never want to make repairs and if and when they do they want to charge you for tem. When you call management out on all the crap that they do then they give you an eviction notice and can't explain why. So befire you consider making this your residence your better RUN because they will screw you over without a care in the world!
