I love living at the Royal Orleans. The apartments are clean and taken care of. They got a handy man living on site so if you have a problem it gets taken care of quickly. They are with in walking distance of MSSU. You only pay for electricty and cable, but rent is a little high. 416 for a one bedroom and 486 for a two bedroom one bath
