May this post serve as my formal apology to Rick Taubeh. I made an assumption based on an "Untruth," by another service provider. I propogated said, "Untruth," before verifying its accuracy. It turns out that one vendor was putting down another for their own selfish gain. I am the first to admit when I am wrong. I Don't Recommend Carlos doing your Tires.. He Lied about Scratching up my Wheels bad. I had to pay out of pocket to get them touched back up. He tried to tell me they was like that. my car has been to many car shows and I have many pics of before and after. What a liar.

Rick and the guys at Royal One go out of their way to give excellent customer service. My mechanic (Sami at Vimar Auto) who I've used for 18 years now, does all his tire work here and, now, so do I. The last time I stopped in right when they were closing but they jumped in to help, realized my tire was shot, and LOANED me a used tire while they ordered the 2 new ones I needed. They had me back on the road in 15 minutes or less and didn't seem at all annoyed that I was keeping them there late. I highly recommend them! Locally... read more
