I took my four year old son for his first time at the dentist and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and warm, welcoming my son with happy smiles and cheerful attitudes. And Dr. Landa was very professional and at the same time very playful with my son. Of course, since it was his first time, he was a little uncomfortable at times with the cleaning but the lovely dental assistant was very patient with him and helped him overcome his fears. I came with my 4 kids and I was very surprise at the beautiful, clean and modern facility. Kids were treated with kindness from beginning to end. Doctor was cordial, knowledgeble and best all not prone to push for unnecessary services. He was open and willing to answer my questions and work in treatment options!!!!!
Great experience with a very tough procedure. The doctor and nurse were very patient and caring with my child.
It was my youngest first time and he was calm and excited that he got a treat at the end of his visit and a fun summer picture.. We've been there with out oldest and we love the staff and doctor.. They have a way of making our experience there smooth and peaceful.
My son started coming to this office when he was 2 years old or less I believe. He started with all the drama, however after the 3rd visit (6 month check ups), he is like a big boy, allows the hygienist and dentist do their thing. He has no issues coming to the dentist due to the friendly, sweet and understanding staff.
Three of my children attend this office...I had an appt. with my 4 and 11 year olds. We came 30 minutes late, actually missed my little guys appt, however they accommodated us and saw both of my children. They are always smiling and happy to assist. We have been coming here for several years and had nothing but good experiences. My daughter finally feels comfortable with going to the dentist.
A few minutes after we arrived, we went right in. We did not have to wait.This first experience at the dentist was great for my son. Betsy the hygienist did an excellent job of explaining everything to my son prior to his first dental cleaning. The doctor spoke with me in detail about my sons xrays and what I could expect in the future. Overall a very pleasant experience for my son and that is important.
