Christina is so kind , genuine, welcoming and extremely helpful. She's been a breath of fresh air in my apartment hunting process.
Ughhhh… the security gate is ALWAYS hit or miss as to being open. Repair work always promised/ never done. Floors are uneven. Toilet slanted/wobbly. Just…ughhhh can’t wait for fam to move out of there!
I have lived here for a little over a year, and so many problems have arisen within this apartment complex. The pool was closed for almost the entirety of the summer, and now that it’s winter, suddenly the pool is just fine. We still had to pay for the pool without being able to use it. The gym has also been closed for the majority of my time here, still had to pay for the gym. Our key cards for the gate, gym, and pool haven’t worked for the majority of our time here, and everyone I spoke to had a different reasoning for why... read more
Great experience WHEN IT WAS RENEW 3030 , peaceful and calm. Mornings are wonderful. I can sit outside and drink my coffee with no problem. The view from the pond across is amazing. Alan & Travis from the office are AWESOME they always fix any problem or maintenance issue right away! I’m not sure about the new owners
